Designing of small offices is an extremely exciting , engaging & fulfilling process as there is ‘so much to do’ within the seemingly limited assigned space…a functional furniture plan.. transformational multi use spaces.. foldable furniture.. inspirational aesthetics… and much more.
We have designed quite a few interesting office spaces in this segment for our aspirational clients who became our design partners by virtue of their wholehearted support & participation.
…A small office to house a few departments, as an add on to the main office done with a decidedly ‘quaint & soft look’ to give it a distinct identity.
…Each of these offices had a few work stations & a conferencing area that doubled up as a cabin space. Planning followed minimal space standards ‘to maximise on’ the available space….to do away with the ‘excessive white’ that the staff had to deal with whilst handling the milk packaging, ‘day in day out’ … a colourful palette was used to have an energetic & interesting look.
…Located within their factory premises, these offices were designed and executed well within the parameters of budget & time as they were to be commissioned on a priority basis.
..a very small office designed for an ambitious start up marketing enterprise. Striking aesthetics using contrasting colours, shapes and an imaginative lighting helped enliven this space, all within a challenging budget.
…done in a really ‘tight mall gala’, this interior fit-out was challenging in terms of addressing the multi- requirements for two different professional setups (on ground & mezzanine level) requiring independent accesses. There is a nice blend of aesthetics & functionalism complementing each other, lending a lot of vibrancy within the office spaces.
..this office was for an entrepreneur couple.. both professionals.. engaged in self-established ‘multi- verticals’, to be designed in their own pre-furnished residential premises with ‘memories to be honoured’ in design. The ‘3 R’s (Recycle..Reuse & Refurbish)’ as a part of the clients design brief were employed diligently in every aspect of design & execution… following a thoroughly enjoyable & interactive process.. culminating in a comfortable workspace with a blend of ‘continnual quaint & contemporary’ aesthetics.
…a very odd shaped site in a prestigious building located in the erstwhile business district of Mumbai.. the all important largish conferencing facility was placed in the centre & the rest of the office was organised around it, allowing the natural light to filter in to the entire office space maintaining the ‘inside-out connect’ ..a very important factor.
